Fade Your Fear and Get in the Swim!

It's a fact that fear triggers the stress response. It's also a fact that you can learn to face your fear and finally follow your heart's desire.

  3. No, not yet. Can't get away from home for obvious reasons. Even my evening walks have stopped. I am hoping to rectify the walk part at least soon by arranging for a sitter for a couple of hours every day.
