    I loved the metaphor you used of how we start out with a pretty balanced Jenga structure, i.e., good health and we can get away with neglecting nutrition, exercise, rest, having a healthy body weight, maintaining social/spiritual connections, and stress management techniques for only so long before the Jenga structure becomes unbalanced or falls down altogether.

    Your personal story is most inspiring...you are truly walking the talk and each day you continue to do so, you continue to reap those wonderful benefits ;)
