Have you ever noticed what you are doing when you are concentrating? Do you hold your breath while performing the activity? Reserve a part of your consciousness to see what is happening with your breathing. You might be surprised. I certainly was.
How much of your time do you spend holding your breath. You have a diaphragm and it is meant to be used. Continue with the activity and work at breathing evenly. What do you notice as you do so?
