Despite evidence to the contrary, these 2 can go together. One of my favourite quickie meals is to fill my cup with Veggielicious Spice, then pour boiling water over top. It's nutritious, quick and delicious. An alternative is to heat up some broth and then sprinkle Veggielicious Spice. Vegetables are never this easy. Kids love it, too!
